I happened to meet Melissa at a Kiwanis event; knowing she was also a member of this old and venerable organization gave me some ease with her from the beginning. She performed a market analysis and discussed the pros and cons of various price points. Melissa walked us through every step. There wasn’t a more prepared person for us that could have done better. We cannot wait to use her again when we purchase a new home.
