Melissa is a listing specialist! We worked with Melissa for a couple months on the selling of our first home. From the moment we got together she was on her game. She came prepared with statistics not only for our home, but for tons of house in the neighborhood to compare it too. I thought that was incredible. I thrive off of information overload.
She is honest, funny and a truly kind individual. Melissa is extremely knowledgeable in her work. She is a go getter and helps make things happen!
The paperwork was all digital and she had it set up so that we just had to click the document and it signed our names. It was the easiest process. What’s not an easy process is the waiting you have to do, while your selling a home. The home inspections, the appraisals all of it are extremely anxious parts in the process. Melissa walked us through every step. There wasn’t a more prepared person for us that could have done better. We cannot wait to use her again when we purchase a new home.

Melissa is the best. We had the opportunity to work with her as a buyer's agent and then to sell our house a few months later. She helped walk us through everything, answered all our questions, gave great referrals to resources we would need to use, and most importantly kept all the other processes on track (bank, title agency, inspections) to get everything handled on time.
